Kae Collective operates as a pre-order group only. We do not keep shirts in stock. Once your payment is received, your shirts are ordered in bulk. This process allows us to offer our products at low prices.
Order Turnaround:
Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days before shipping. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. Each shirt is custom-made specifically for you.
Once your order is placed, a digital file is created and personalized with the name or monogram you entered at checkout.
Shipping & Responsibility:
After your package leaves Kae Collective, we are no longer responsible for it. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS regarding any issues such as shipping delays, damaged packages, or missing items.
Sizing Disclaimer:
We use a couple of different brands of shirts. Each brand may have slight variations in sizing, which is beyond our control. Sizing charts for each manufacturer are available on our website — please refer to them before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues or errors.
Flash Sale Friday Orders:
Due to inventory challenges, we may use multiple suppliers to fulfill your order. This means you might receive shirts from different brands in the same order. This is not done to “switch things up,” but rather to ensure we can provide all the sizes you need. Supplier availability changes weekly, and unfortunately, we cannot choose or guarantee which brand will be used for each order.
