Return Policy

You do not need to initiate a return with Kae Collective. Simply include the original return card that was provided in your package and place it inside your return shipment.

Returns may be sent through your local Post Office, UPS Store, or FedEx drop-off location.

General Return Guidelines

• Store credit only is issued for returns.
• Returned items must meet the following conditions:
  
  
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from smoke, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and perfume
• If applicable, all original tags must be attached
  
• Kae Collective reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
• Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and sent to the email address on file.
  

Return Timeframe & Shipping Requirements

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Kae Collective does not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.
  
  
• Any return received with postage due will be refused and returned to the sender.
  
• Effort should be made to ensure the return is delivered back to Kae Collective by Day 14.
  
  
• The delivery date will be determined by the USPS tracking information provided at the time of shipment.
  
• Returns received past the 14-day window will not be accepted.

• Once a return is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Final Sale Items

The following items are always considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Any item marked as Sale or purchased at a discounted price
  

Exchanges

Due to limited and fast-moving inventory, exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or item, you have two options:

Return the original item and wait to receive your store credit, then place a new order.

Place a new order immediately for the desired item, then include a note inside your return package with the new order number. Once the return is received and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the first order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must email within 2 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage
  

Damage claims submitted after 2 days of delivery cannot be honored.

Incorrect Orders

Every order is double-checked prior to shipping; however, mistakes can occur. If an item is missing or incorrect, please email customer service within 2 days of delivery and include your order number. Reports submitted after 2 days cannot be accommodated.

Price Adjustments

Kae Collective does not offer price adjustments for temporary sales, promotions, or discounts. Please ensure any discount codes or promotions are applied before completing checkout, as adjustments cannot be made after the order is submitted.

Holiday Styles

Holiday-themed styles are subject to the following conditions:

• Holiday items cannot be returned if received less than 7 days prior to the holiday.
• Items purchased for, or clearly intended for, specific holidays (such as Valentine’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) are not eligible for return after the holiday has passed.
• To qualify for a return, holiday items must be approved and received before the holiday date.

Shipping & Processing Information

All orders are processed within 14 business days. As a small, mama-owned boutique, each graphic is thoughtfully designed, printed, and packaged in-house with care. I take pride in the quality and attention that goes into every order, and I appreciate your patience and understanding as processing and shipping timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond my control.

Due to an increased volume of USPS delays, the timeframes provided are estimations and cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your grace and continued support of a small business.

I understand the anticipation of receiving a handcrafted order, so the details below are intended to provide clarity and confidence throughout the shipping experience. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and I am committed to ensuring your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. When your order moves into processing, a second email will be sent containing your USPS tracking number. You may check the status of your shipment at any time by selecting the link provided in your email or by entering the tracking number at USPS.com.

Once the processing email has been sent, Kae Collective is unable to make any changes or modifications to the order, as preparation and fulfillment begin immediately.

If you notice an address error on your initial confirmation, contact customer service as soon as possible. Please include your full name, order number, and the correction needed so the update can be made prior to processing.

Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $150 or more.

• Packages are collected by USPS at the end of each business day
• Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–6 business days

Conditions Beyond Our Control

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Kae Collective cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting transit times.

Preorders

If your order contains a preorder item, your full order will be held and shipped together on or before the date indicated in the product description.

Order tracking has been stuck/my package is lost -- What do I do next?

Please reach out to your local USPS, FedEx, etc. for more information on your packages location.

What do I do if my order item(s) arrive damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to  shopkaecollective@gmail.com with a description & any photos you can take of the damaged item. From there I will evaluate the damage & make sure you are well taken care of.
